When does Four Seasons at Raystown Lake Resort open for the
2011 season?
A: The seasonal camping season starts Friday, April 1, 2011.
Q:
Does Four Seasons at Raystown Lake Resort have seasonal camp
sites for rent?
A: Yes, for the 2010 camping season, there are a few sites available.
We offer a 6, 9 and 12 month camping season.
Q:
Do you have parking for my boat?
A: Free boat parking is included with your seasonal site agreement.
We also have off-season parking for $1 a day or if you prefer,
we offer indoor parking for a fee.
Q:
How much deposit is required when I make a camping reservation?
A: We have a full prepayment policy at the time of the reservation
by Visa, Master Card or Discover. You may send a money order
or a cashier’s check payable to Four Seasons at Raystown Lake
Camping Resort, LLC. This check must be received by us no more
than one (1) week after the date that you make your reservation.
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Q:
Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes, the cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the scheduled
arrival will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations received 89-31 days prior to the scheduled arrival
will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled
arrival will not receive a refund.

What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Campsites: 12:00 pm (noon) check-in 11:00 am check-out Cottages/Cabins:
3:00 pm check-in 11:00 am check-out

Are there any additional charges for extra people?
A: Campsites: Two (2) people are included in the base price.
$3.00 additional charge for each registered guest; maximum of
6 total people. No fee for registered family pets. Cottages/Cabins:
Four (4) people are included in a cottage or cabin $10.00 additional
per day charge for each registered guest; maximum of 6 total
people $10.00 per day per two family pets; maximum two pets.

Can I bring my pet?
A: Family pets are welcome in the campground as long as they
are monitored, cleaned up after and kept on a 6’ or shorter
leash. Pets cannot be tied or kenneled outdoors or left in vehicles
or boats. The management has the right to ask you to remove
your pet if it becomes a nuisance. Rabies certificates must
be presented at check-in.
Q:
How late can I check in?
A: You may check in up to 9:30 pm or before quiet hours begin.
If you are arriving later than expected, please call 814-477-1005
and speak to somebody in the office.

When can I make reservations for 2012?
A: We accept reservations 18 months prior to your arrival. The
2012 rates will not be determined until January 2012.

What types of hook-ups are available?
A: Water, Electric (30/50 amp service), Municipal Sewer, Comcast
Cable

How close are you to Raystown Lake?
A: Actually, if you drive five miles in either direction, you
will have an Army Corps boat launch available.
Q:
How big is Raystown Lake?
A: Raystown Lake is a vacation destination area that touches
a lot of small towns. The lake has 118 miles of shoreline and
8,300 acres of water. Raystown Lake is the largest lake in Pennsylvania
and the largest man-made lake East of the Mississippi River.
Q:
Do you have a store and what is in the store?
A: We have a small store with stables for the campers. We also
have some paper products as well as ice, batteries, wood, t-shirts
and sweatshirts. We sell greeting cards and stamps.
Q:
Can we use our cell phones in the area?
A: The campground has limited cell service. Verizon is currently
constructing a cell tower near the town of Saxton. We have a
Wilson antenna at the campground and this may help. We also
offer unlimited use of our land line phone.
Q:
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
A: We do offer Wi-Fi at the campground. You will receive a complimentary
amount of time and then there may be a small fee.
Q:
Do you have a pool?
A: Our new pool is in the planning process and it should be
operational by July 4, 2010.
Q:
What else to you have for activities?
A: We have a game room and outdoor games. We have DVD’s and
magazines that you can check out. Also we have a playground
for the children. Bikes can be ridden if you bring a helmet
and safety gear.
