CAMPING

Our clean gated camping community is five miles from two boat launches at Raystown Lake . You may park your boat (at our campground) during your stay for free. Rates include water, electric, (30/50 amp service), sewer, wireless internet, cable hook-ups, fire ring, picnic table, playground, indoor and outdoor games. Our new swimming pool should be open in time for the Fourth of July weekend.

• Holiday: 5/28/10-5/30/10, 7/2/10-7/8/10, 9/3/10-9/5/10
• Spring-Has-Sprung Weekdays: 4/1/10-6/10/10
• Summer Dreams Weekdays: 6/13/10-7/1/10, 7/11/10-9/1/10
• Falling Leaves Season: 9/6/10-11/23/10
• Friday-to-Saturday July 4th Week will be Holiday Prices (7/2/10-7/8/10)
• Spring-Has-Sprung Special: $15.00 per night Sunday through Thursday for all sites. Leave your camper and boat at the campground for free during Spring-Has-Sprung.*
• Summer Dreams Special: $19.00 per night Sunday through Thursday. Leave your camper and boat at the campground for free during Summer Dreams.*
• Falling Leaves Special: All campsites are $19.00 per night. Leave your camper and boat at the campground for free during Falling Leaves.*
• All camping rates include two (2) people. Extra people are $3.00 each, maximum of six (6) people at each campsite. The rates includes either (2) vehicles or (1) vehicle and (1) boat. A vehicle is considered to be anything with an engine and (3) or more wheels.
• Family pets are free with proof of rabies. Pets must be registered. No unregistered pets.
• One (1) camping trailer pop-up or one (1) tent per campsite.
• Two (2) night minimum stay for all campsites on weekends (Friday & Saturday) between 5/22/10-9/6/10. Three (3) night minimum stay for Holiday weekends.
• Additional day guests are $3.00 each. Additional unregistered overnight guests are $10.00 each. No unregistered pets on premises.
• Gate key deposit: $10.00

COTTAGES

Our clean, modern cottages have all of the amenities of home, including a stackable washer & dryer. Everything is included in the price. Just bring your clothes & food and enjoy! Well behaved family pets are welcome for an additional fee plus a refundable damage deposit*.
